Research activities are closely connected to software development, technical advisory work and the analysis of operational data, ensuring continuity between scientific investigation and practical photovoltaic engineering.<\/p>

LuciSun\u2019s R&D activities take place through a combination of collaborative research projects, doctoral research and expert collaborations at national and international level.<\/p>

Beyond participation in funded projects, LuciSun is actively involved in the early scientific framing and structuring of research initiatives, including the preparation and writing of collaborative project proposals.<\/p>

These include advanced 3D simulation of solar radiation and PV systems, solar resource assessment and measurement quality, uncertainty analysis and propagation, PV performance data analytics, fault detection and diagnosis, long-term performance evaluation, and the modelling of complex configurations such as bifacial PV, building-integrated photovoltaics and agrivoltaic systems.
